Sheila Hill-Christian is President and CEO.  Ms. Hill-Christian is a dynamic leader with an outstanding leadership background across a spectrum of disciplines and initiatives.  Excelling in business development, operations management and government relations and offering 20 plus years of distinguished high level experience, Sheila brings fresh perspective to growth oriented as well as mature organizations.  Appointed by two Governors to run agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and having had the opportunity to serve as leader of the state's largest redevelopment and housing authority as well as COO of the City of Richmond, Virginia's  transit system, Sheila Hill-Christian possesses strong management, planning and leadership abilities.

Mark V. L. Walton is Vice President for Business Development.  Mr. Walton is a highly experienced business development professional who also possesses extensive private business operation and public sector administration and real estate development experience.  Mr. Walton's 20 plus years of practical knowledge, skills and abilities focusing on core entrepreneurial, trade development, managerial and operational  responsibilities, coupled with his academic training in community planning and business finance provide him with a keen perspective in assessing the critical path to success.  With substantial experience in business start up and management, strategic alliances, urban planning, project management and commercial property management as well as affordable housing development, Mr. Walton utilizes his significant leadership and mentoring skills to identify and resolve challenges to successful business and programmatic outcomes.
