Sheila Hill-Christian, President and CEO has over 25 years of state and local government experience. Thanks to her mentors, Sheila developed a lifelong commitment to maintaining her professional reputation and managing her own career path. Her demonstrated integrity and ethical leadership standards opened doors that resulted in her appointments as Director of the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice, Director of the Virginia Lottery, Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Richmond, VA; Assistant City Manager for the City of Cincinnati, Ohio; Interim City Manager and Assistant City Manager for the City of Portland, Maine as well as Executive Director of the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority and Chief Operating Officer for the Greater Richmond Transit Authority. She has also served as the Interim Director for Richmond Habitat for Humanity and Interim Chief Operating Officer for the Enrichmond Foundation. In addition to her leadership as President of Hill-Christian Consulting, Sheila is a Managing Director for Fahrenheit Advisors and is a co-managing partner of Virtual Entertainment Partners, LLC.
